一画一会（いっかくいちえ）
一画一会で遊んでいただき、ありがとうございます。よくある質問をまとめました。解決しないときは、ページの下のメールアドレスまでお気軽にどうぞ。
遊び方
- 下に並んだ部品を、上の枠へ指で運びます。
- ふたつの部品を、左右・上下・囲む形に置くと、本当にある字になるときだけ合体します。
- できた字は、次の字をつくる部品としても使えます。
- 時間制限や、まちがえたときの罰はありません（エンドレスだけは制限時間があります）。
- ステージで★を取ると、次のステージが開きます。
よくある質問
Q. どう組めばいいか分かりません。
A. 右上の電球のボタンでヒントが見られます。1段目（組み合わせの形）は無料、2段目（部品の片方）と3段目（答え）はヒントコインを1枚ずつ使います。コインは★を取る・おまけの字を見つける・「読みから作る」を解くと増えます。
Q. ヒントコインがなくなりました。
A. ヒントの画面で「広告を見てコイン+1」を押すと、動画広告を最後まで見たあとにコインが1枚増えます。「広告を削除」を購入している場合は、広告を見ずに受け取れます。
Q. 「広告を準備中…」のまま押せません。
A. 通信の状態によって、広告の読み込みに時間がかかることがあります。少し待ってからもう一度お試しください。機内モードやオフラインでは広告を読み込めませんが、ゲームはオフラインでも遊べます。
Q. 「広告を削除」を購入したのに広告が出ます。
A. アプリの「設定」→「購入を復元」をお試しください。購入したときと同じ Apple アカウントで App Store にサインインしているかも確かめてください。
Q. 機種変更したら記録が消えました。
A. 遊んだ記録は端末の中にだけ保存していて、機種の間での引き継ぎには対応していません。ご了承ください。「広告を削除」の購入は「設定」→「購入を復元」で取り戻せます。
Q. 字が小さくて読みにくいです。
A. 「設定」→「文字の大きさ」で「大きめ」「いちばん大きい」を選べます。
Q. 英語で遊びたい／日本語に戻したい。
A. 「設定」→「言語」で「日本語」と「English」を切り替えられます。最初は iPhone の言語に合わせて決まります。
Q. 音が出ません。
A. iPhone が消音モードになっていないか、アプリの「設定」で BGM・効果音がオフや小さい音量になっていないかを確かめてください。
Q. 広告の表示に関する設定を変えたい。
A. iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変えられます。欧州経済領域・英国・スイスの方は、アプリの「設定」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からも変えられます。

Ikkaku Ichie (一画一会)
Thank you for playing Ikkaku Ichie. Here are answers to common questions. If yours isn't covered, please email us at the address at the bottom of this page.
How to play
- Drag parts from the tray at the bottom into the frame at the top.
- Place two parts side by side, top and bottom, or one inside the other. They combine only if they form a real kanji.
- Kanji you make become new parts you can build with.
- There is no timer and no penalty for mistakes (only Endless mode has a time limit).
- Earn a star in a stage to unlock the next one.
Frequently asked questions
Q. I don't know what to build.
A. Tap the light bulb button at the top right for hints. The first clue (how the parts fit together) is free; the second (one of the parts) and the third (the answer) cost one hint coin each. You earn coins by getting stars, finding bonus kanji, and solving "Build from meaning" puzzles.
Q. I'm out of hint coins.
A. On the hint screen, tap "Watch an ad for +1 coin". You get one coin after watching the video ad to the end. If you have purchased "Remove ads", you get the coin without watching an ad.
Q. The button says "Loading ad…" and I can't tap it.
A. Ads can take a moment to load depending on your connection. Please wait a little and try again. Ads cannot load in airplane mode or offline, but the game itself is fully playable offline.
Q. I purchased "Remove ads" but I still see ads.
A. Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore". Please also check that you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.
Q. I changed devices and my progress is gone.
A. Progress is stored only on your device and is not transferred between devices. The "Remove ads" purchase can be recovered with "Restore" in the app's settings.
Q. The text is too small.
A. Go to Settings → Text size and choose "Large" or "Largest".
Q. How do I switch between English and Japanese?
A. Go to Settings → Language and choose "English" or "日本語". The first time, the game follows your iPhone's language.
Q. There is no sound.
A. Check that your iPhone is not in silent mode, and that music and sound effects are turned on and not set too low in the app's settings.
Q. How do I change my advertising preferences?
A. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to change this at any time. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also use Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the app.
