N.K. Works（以下「当方」）は、モバイルゲーム「SNAKE SLIDE」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
当方は、本アプリを通じて、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの 個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、ログイン機能もありません。
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらが当方のサーバーへ 送信されることはありません（当方はサーバーを運用していません）。
これらは本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。
本アプリは、無料で提供を続けるために、Google が提供する広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用しています。 広告は「ヒントを見るための動画広告」と「ステージクリア数回ごとの全画面広告」の 2種類です。
広告の配信にあたり、Google および広告配信事業者は、広告識別子 （iOS の IDFA / Android の広告ID）、おおまかな地域、端末の種類、 広告の表示・クリック履歴などの情報を取得・利用する場合があります。 これらの情報は Google が直接取得するものであり、当方が受け取ることはありません。

iOS では、本アプリの初回起動時に「トラッキングを許可しますか」という 確認が表示されることがあります。
どちらを選んでも、ゲームの遊び方・難易度・遊べる範囲は変わりません。 この設定は、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から いつでも変更できます。
欧州経済領域、英国、スイスの利用者には、初回起動時に広告の同意についての 確認画面が表示されます。この同意は、本アプリ内の 「設定」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは、特定の年齢層に向けて作られたものではなく、 13歳未満の児童から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。 広告の内容についても、全年齢向け（AdMob の区分で「G」）に限定する設定を行っています。
本アプリには「広告を削除」という買い切りの課金があります。購入すると 全画面広告が表示されなくなり、ヒントが無料で使えるようになります。
決済はすべて App Store（および Google Play）が行います。 クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を当方が受け取ることはなく、保存もしません。 購入した事実は端末内に記録され、機種変更や再インストールのあとは 本アプリ内の「設定」→「復元」から取り戻せます。
当方は利用者の情報を保有していないため、第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。 広告配信に伴う情報の取り扱いは、前記 Google のポリシーに従います。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に伴い改定することがあります。 重要な変更を行った場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

N.K. Works ("we", "us") operates the mobile game SNAKE SLIDE (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information through the App — no name, email address, phone number, or postal address. The App has no accounts and no sign-in.
The App stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us (we do not operate a server):
This data is removed from your device when you delete the App.
To keep the App free, we use Google AdMob to serve ads. There are two kinds: an optional rewarded video you can watch to receive a hint, and a full-screen ad shown after every few stage clears.
To serve these ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), approximate location, device type, and ad interaction history. This information is collected directly by Google; we do not receive it.

On iOS, the App may ask for permission to track when you first launch it.
Either choice leaves the gameplay, difficulty, and available content completely unchanged. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent form when the App first launches. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the App.
The App is not directed at any specific age group, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Ad content is restricted to the general audience rating ("G" in AdMob's content rating system).
The App offers one optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads. Buying it removes the full-screen ads and makes hints free.
Payment is handled entirely by the App Store (and Google Play). We never receive or store your payment details. Your purchase is recorded on your device, and after a new device or a reinstall you can get it back from Settings → Restore inside the App.
Because we hold no user information, we do not share or sell any. Information handled for advertising purposes is governed by Google's policies linked above.
We may revise this policy as laws change or as the App gains features. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
